Cole was extremely nice and honest about the car we were buying and any issues (minor) that it may have RIGHT OFF THE BAT! We didn’t even have to ask. He didn’t try to hide it. I would recommend buying a car from him. Look at his reviews, they are good for a reason! I would come back here again and purchase another!! Very friendly and professional!

First of all, Janet is awesome! I had been shopping for an suv for a while but wasn't satisfied with the customer service I was wanting. From the moment I spoke with Janet on the phone until I drove off the lot with my Tahoe, she made me feel like I was the most important customer they had ever had. You just don't find that anywhere.

I looked around for a couple months for my daughter's first car .I stopped by Apex walked in and was welcomed like family .No sales pressure not run around . Found a Toyota Camrey was everything I was looking for .We came to a agreement was in and out with the car with in a hour .Same day had a small issue with a sensor And called they had me drop back it back off it was fixed by the next day no questions asked .If your looking for a car without the high pressure sales pitches and truly honest people this is the place to go .if I could I give them 10 stars Honesty goes along was .Good country people who care about the people not the sale ...I will be back to purchase my other daughter a car.

After shopping on line for several weeks, I spoke with Janet by phone to set up time to test drive a few contenders with my wife and I. We showed up and met with Cole. He had all our information ready to go and provided keys for our test drives. No high pressure sales pitch. Straight forward disclosures on the vehicles that they offered. We made a selection on a vehicle and settled on a price. Cole was very easy to work with and made the process fairly seamless.We knew we were in the right place when we were chatting with other customers only to discover that they were repeat customers and purchased a vehicle that day as well.
