I found a car they had through auto trader and drove the 2plus hours and it was a great car at a great deal. I went through L and N and the process was painless….and they stayed late to meet us there to make the purchase.

After shopping on line for several weeks, I spoke with Janet by phone to set up time to test drive a few contenders with my wife and I. We showed up and met with Cole. He had all our information ready to go and provided keys for our test drives. No high pressure sales pitch. Straight forward disclosures on the vehicles that they offered. We made a selection on a vehicle and settled on a price. Cole was very easy to work with and made the process fairly seamless.We knew we were in the right place when we were chatting with other customers only to discover that they were repeat customers and purchased a vehicle that day as well. I want to Give a big big shout out to Apex Auto sales in Russell Springs, KY on my experience I'm not one to trade or buy a lot of vehicles, So for that I've been looking for a new car/SUV for awhile now , So this past Saturday I found what I was looking for GMC Terrain BLACK in color🖤 Cole & Janet was very helpful in making the process easy peezy for me. (Well worth the money) However, if you are looking to buy try this place out you will definitely be satisfied!!! And again Thank you both very much!!

Janet was absolutely amazing to work with I called her on Monday and by Tuesday everything was set and ready to go, I signed 3 papers and I was a car owner!! She was so helpful throughout the whole process as I am a new car owner, she walked me through all the steps I needed to take and did most of it for me. I can not say enough good things about Apex. The environment is so welcoming. Thank you again!!

Let me start with saying the people there were great, very friendly and helpful. Answered any questions and were up front with what they knew. The next part is on me and not them, as is is as is, but I bought a vehicle and the very next day it broke down, may have to send it to a dealer to be looked at. I like the vehicle a lot and will get it fixed. With that being said though, I would buy another vehicle from them in the future.
